August 7 Marc Girard, Pro Guide for Reliable Guide and Charters drifted with Debbie and Steven Williams on our Half Day, 4 hour driftboat package.  As the pictures reveal their driftboat trip was full of fun, fishing and laughter.  Thank You to Steven and Debbie for using our Guide services.

August 7: Roxanne and Robert fishing with Pro Guide Adam Legge of Reliable Guide and Charters hooked into over 30 pinks and lost a coho at the boat on our Special Evening Driftboat trip.  Adam is our the newest member of Reliable Guide and Charters Driftboat team and judging by the glowing response from Roxanne and Robert, he is going to provide a high level of proffesional quality of fishing experience for our clients to enjoy.
Thank You to Roxanne and Robert for using our services.

Aug 7 Justin Lowes , a previous guide for Reliable Guide and Charters had this comment and photos to share, “Got into lots of pinks.   Landed this Coho ona Kwik Fish, double trouble while fishing my good friend, Andrew Farina.   It was a great day”  I’ll say.  A bad day of fishing is better than a good one at work.  A good day of fishing is better than the best at work”.

Aug 12 Corbin Johl is proudly holding a very nice Coho he caught on the Kitimat River.  Corbin just started fishing a year ago.  Like most anglers, Corbin is fastly becoming a legend in his own mind.  Corbin is on a “Lucky streak” with Coho right now and is taking advantage of his good fortune by fishing at every opportunity.  Corbin is very lucky to have an understanding wife, Leanne who also enjoys fishing.  “Lucky in Fishing” and “Lucky in Love”.  It does not get any better in a Man’s life than this.  “Lucky HIgh Five to You both!”

Summary

With every high tide more and more Coho are migrating into the Kitimat River.  Coho is always an early morning bite especially when the Kitimat River is low and clean.  This week was prime example of typical conditions for this time of year creating the need to get up early to catch Coho.  Most hard core anglers get up early and power nap in the afternoon long after the bite is off.  One of my favorite sayings are that, “you sleep better when you smell like fish”. or “Early Bird catches Coho”.

Lucky High Five to Everyone!
