Kitimat is located at the headwaters of the Douglas Channel.
The Douglas Channel forms the end of B.C’s longest inland fjord and is well known for some of the best sports fishing on the B.C Coast. Over a hundred feeder creeks and rivers produce migrating salmon in the Douglas Channel. We fish for Trophy Chinook, Silver Coho, Chum and Pink Salmon.
