A remote wildness experience – we offer Jet Boat Trips to lower, tidal portions of the Kitimat River
As well as trips to the Dala, Kildala,and Gilttoyees Rivers.
These are all river systems that flow into the North end of Douglas Channel and are accessible for day trips. We also offer Jet boat trips to the unclassified portions of the Skeena River and her tributaries such as Giltoyees, Kasiks, Exstew and Exchamsiks. In addition, Jet boat day trips to the ocean on the Work Channel and out of Kincolith are available.
We jet boat the lower, tidal portions of the Kitimat River primarily for Chinook. We use hot shots, Kwik fish with herring wrap, jet divers and back bounce roe for these King Salmon. When the conditions are right the fishing in this section of the Kitimat River can be outstanding. These are big, fresh, hot fish that are literally minutes from the salt water. This is a unique fishery that every angler should experience.
Fish in the shadows of green lush forests, steep rock faces with cascading waterfalls. The Dala, Kildala and the Gilltwees Rivers all flow into the salmon rich waters of the Douglas Channel and have excellent runs of Chinook, Coho, Pinks and Chum.
