SUMMARY
The Douglas Channel continues to produce good number of Halibut.  Please refer to page 2 of your Tidal Water License for the “head on” and head off  measurements for your Halibut.
There has been an exceptional return of Pinks this year and accordingly DFO has opened a few Seine Fishheries.
Coho returns have been exceptionally  strong and Chinook has been really good for some boaters.  One boater commented that he is catching more Chinook in Coho seasonthan he did in Chinook season.  Such is life in the fishing world!
