SUMMARY
The Douglas Channel continues to produce excellent numbers of Halibut with catch rates increasing in the inner waters of the Douglas Channel as the Chinook, Pink and Chum carcasses start washing out the river and creek mounths.
Coho are starting to be caught in the inner waters with Money Point on Douglas side and Fish Trapp on Devastation side seem to be the Hot Spots. Jesse Falls and Cleo Point should start to produce shortly.
With gas prices being what they are, many boaters are waiting for the Coho to group up in the Kitimat Harbour.
