Summary
Coho fishing on the Kitimat River improved dramatically after we received some much needed rain. The river was unfishable on Friday as the river but as visability improved, lots of Coho were caught. There are plenty of bright, big Northerns in the entire system now.
There are also abnormally higher numbers of Coho caught between 30 to 50cms which is a good sign for future Coho returns. Anglers are reminded that the Daily limit for Coho on the Kitimat River is 4 per day but only 2 can be over 50 cms.
