PHOTO OF THE WEEK: Kitimat River – This week’s Photo of the Week is a beautiful Kitimat River Chinook caught by Alberto And Federico from Italy. They hooked into four Chinook on their drift from Radley park to Lower, lowerdike, with Ron Wakita, owner of Reliable Guide and Charters. Federico, the son, landed this beauty, but it was supposed to be his Dads Birthday fish! Congradulations Everyone ! Happy Birthday Alberto! The next one will be your Birthday Fish!
June 19 Jacob Newman, Reliable Guide and Charter’s newest Pro Guide is proving to not just be all talk, he has been consistanty been catching Chinnok on the fly this season even though the season is still relativly early. Great fish and an even better picture thank you for sharing Jacob !

June 22 I took this of Liam McAndrew holding this beautiful 94cm Chinook he caught and release on the Lower, lower dike. Liam caught this chinook bottom bouncing a #2 flame.spin n glo one hour before High tide. Congratulations Liam and Thank You for allowing us to share your Photo in our Fishing Report.

June 24 Craig Ross Hello Ron. Here’s a pic of a nice 65cm Chinook that took a black and pink spin n glo just downstream from the Hatchery yesterday. It was the first Chinook I’ve caught,and it was taken home to feed the family. I hope you may be able to use this for your weekly report!
