LIVE FISHING REPORT: Reliable Guide and Charters and Ron’s Mobile Fishing Tackle and Bait Shop Fishing Report Week ending June 27/2020

Chase Wakita proudly holding a beautiful 90cm Kitimat River Chinook that he caught and released using a Chartreuse Thunder Jig.  Wow!  Congratulations Chase.  I am so very proud of you!  Atta Boy!  Lots of Love from Pa Pa.
Chase was fishing with his step-father, Aaron Von Schleinitz who said that Chase remarked that landing a Chinook is like scoring a goal on a Breakaway! : )

In this photo are Ryan Urness (right) and Aiden Hanson (left) .  Aiden is returning Ryan’s rod and reel which he fished out of the Kitimat River.
Aiden who is 14 years old called me earlier that morning through our mutual friend, Cliff saying that he had fished out a rod and reel out of the river down at the Lower Dike.  Aiden indicated that he wanted to return it it’s rightful owner.
Ryan stopped into the store to buy a rod and reel.  While we were cashing out, Ryan explained that he had lost his rod and reel when he slipped in the river.
I immediately called Aiden and Ryan described his Rod and reel to Aiden.  Aiden came to the store and returned the rod and reel to it’s rightful owner.

The honesty and integrity displayed by this very special 14 year old, Aiden should make us all proud that Aiden is part of the Angling Community

Aiden’s parents are undoubtably very proud.  It is refreshing to witness this event unfold especially in the midst of all our Covid issues.

I believe that the Good Karma Aiden created today will Bless him many wonderful years of fishing experiences.  Well Done Aiden.  Good for you!
